These Terms govern your access to and use of the WORKSOpro platform. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. This is a DRAFT baseline pending legal review.

2. Accounts and organizations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

The organization owner is responsible for managing members, roles and plan selection within their workspace.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to breach tenant isolation, access data belonging to other organizations, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

4. Plans, billing and taxes

Paid plans are billed in advance on the interval you select. Fees are stated exclusive of applicable taxes.

Plan limits, including seat counts, are enforced as described on the pricing page.

5. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update features and, with notice where required, these Terms.

6. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Final warranty and liability terms are subject to legal review.
